Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email with tracking details.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available at this time. (You may update this if applicable.)

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• A flat shipping charge of ₹499 applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
• Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected pin codes.
• Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
• You can track your order status using the provided link until delivery.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [support email / contact page].
• In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
• If already accepted, contact us within 48 hours with clear images or videos for assistance.

Address Changes

• Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped.
• Once dispatched, we will not be able to modify delivery details.
