Return & Refund Policy

At Gangrat Vastra, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimates, innerwear, accessories, and items on sale/clearance are non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, lingerie, shapewear
  • Accessories (earrings, bangles, hair accessories, etc.)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers

Return Process

  1. Initiate a return request by contacting us at [support email / contact page] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if required).
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
