Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, intimates, innerwear, accessories, and items on sale/clearance are non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, lingerie, shapewear
- Accessories (earrings, bangles, hair accessories, etc.)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers
Return Process
- Initiate a return request by contacting us at [support email / contact page] within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if required).
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
